A calmer way to check in with yourself
A guided 30-minute space to slow down, name what happened, notice what you felt, and choose one small next step. No pressure to sound perfect. Just honest, simple reflection.
Plain questions about real moments, not clinical jargon.
Each session ends with one thing to remember or try.
Your progress is saved under a study code, not your name.
What happens inside
You answer a few starting questions, then move through 8 guided sessions. Each one asks what happened, what you noticed, and what might help. If someone writes about serious danger or self-harm, the chat pauses and shows support guidance.
